Use cases / CRM sync and ad reporting
Know which campaigns bring in booked jobs.
Every lead is filed in your tools with its source, and your Monday report shows what each channel really produced.
The problem
Most owners know how many leads they got and how much they spent, but not how many became jobs. Without the source attached to the booking, you cannot tell what is working.
When leads, calls and bookings live in different places, nobody has the full picture and follow-up depends on memory.
How it works
- 1
Capture the source
Each inquiry is tagged with the channel and, when available, the campaign.
- 2
File it
Contacts, summaries and bookings go to your CRM or field-service software through an API where it has one.
- 3
Close the loop
Booked jobs can be sent back to Google Ads, where enabled, so the ads learn from real results.
- 4
Report
A Monday report with bookings by source, and cost per booked job when you share ad spend.
Questions
Which software do you connect to?
Examples include HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan. What is possible depends on the tool’s API, and we confirm it in the audit.
Do you change my ads?
No. We report and, where enabled, send back booked-job signals. You run your campaigns.
Is my data safe?
We keep access limited and records minimal. Ask us for the details in the audit.

- Missed calls during the dayWhen the crew is on a job and the desk is busy, callers hang up and try the next company. With NabLead, the call is answered by your voice assistant before they hang up.↗
- Estimate follow-upMost quotes go quiet because life got busy, not because the answer is no. NabLead follows up politely, twice, and then closes the loop.↗
- No-show recoveryReminders reduce missed appointments, and when someone does miss, NabLead reaches out the same hour to rebook.↗
