Privacy policy

Last updated October 6, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information NabLead collects, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. It covers this website, the audit, our own outreach to businesses, and the service we run for our customers.

Who we are

NabLead ("we", "us") is a trading name of Becreative LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For anything related to your information, write to hello@nablead.com.

For the website, the audit and our own outreach, we are the controller of your information. When we run the service for a business that uses NabLead, that business is the controller and we act as its processor (see "When we answer on behalf of a business").

What we collect

  • Audit requests: company name, trade, monthly inquiry volume, average job value, where inquiries reach you, your first name, phone number, work email and the consent you give.
  • Basic attribution: the page you came from, campaign tags (for example utm_source) and the language of the page, to understand which marketing works.
  • Emails you send us and our replies.
  • Business contact data from public sources: when we look for businesses that may benefit from NabLead, we collect publicly listed business information such as the business name, phone number, website, public business email address, rating and number of reviews.
  • Customer account data: the business details, approved offers, prices, opening hours and contact details our customers give us to configure the service.

What we do not collect

  • We do not record audio of phone calls answered by the NabLead assistant. We keep a written transcript and a summary.
  • We do not ask for payment card details on this website or through the assistant. Payments go through our payment provider.
  • We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell personal information.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your audit request and run the audit: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent to be contacted.
  • To deliver the service to our customers: performance of our contract with them.
  • To contact businesses that may benefit from NabLead, using publicly available business contact data: our legitimate interest in growing our business. Every such email identifies us and offers a simple way to opt out, and we stop immediately when asked.
  • To measure and improve our website and marketing: our legitimate interest. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile of you. No other analytics or advertising tracking is loaded unless you accept it in the consent banner.
  • To keep records, handle disputes and meet legal obligations: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

When we answer on behalf of a business

Businesses use NabLead to answer the inquiries and calls they cannot take. When you contact such a business, its NabLead assistant may reply to your web inquiry by email, or answer your call by voice. The assistant always says it is the business's assistant.

In that case the business is responsible for your information and its own privacy notice applies. We process your information only on its instructions and only to deliver the service: to understand your request, reply, record the conversation as text, alert the business and help it follow up. Call transcripts are kept for the business and are not used to train AI models by us.

If you want to exercise your rights over such information, contact the business directly. We will help it respond.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run NabLead, only as needed, and under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Vercel: hosting of this website, anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) and page speed measurement (Vercel Speed Insights).
  • Hostinger: email (hello@nablead.com) and the server that runs our automation (n8n, self-hosted).
  • OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (such as Anthropic): understanding and drafting written replies and summaries.
  • Vapi and the providers it relies on for speech recognition, AI and voice (such as Deepgram, OpenAI and Microsoft Azure): answering phone calls for our customers.
  • Apify: collecting publicly listed business information.
  • Stripe: payments, when you become a customer.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some providers are located outside the United Kingdom, mainly in the United States. Where information is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one applies.

How long we keep it

  • Audit requests and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
  • Customer account data and the conversations handled for a customer: for the length of the contract, then deleted or returned within 30 days of the end, unless the customer asks for earlier deletion or the law requires longer.
  • Public business contact data used for outreach: up to 24 months, and removed straight away if you ask us to stop.
  • Invoices and accounting records: as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@nablead.com. We answer within one month.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the European Union, you can contact your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask for its deletion and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The website works without cookies that track you. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and only keeps aggregated figures (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site). Other analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta or Microsoft Clarity) are only loaded if they are enabled and you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data for this site.

The site stores a few technical preferences in your browser (for example the answers of a form you have not sent yet). They stay on your device.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, protected credentials for every service and separate data for each customer. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

NabLead is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
